Life in the new century is faster, harder and more demanding. This one or two day course recognises the need to upgrade personal and interpersonal skills, to take account of the changes demanded by both a smaller world and the 'bigger picture'.
The 20th Century was an ego-driven environment, but human beings are developing. Concepts such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming, transactional analysis and emotional intelligence enable us to understand how we can and must interact with ourselves and others in order to evolve. Communication skills have not stood still - this highly interactive and empowering course offers you the understanding and confidence to move with them.
• developing an increased awareness of self and the team. How does language, and ‘attractive behaviour’ influence and persuade others to follow?
• key techniques and skills required to interact effectively in internal and external business relationships. This includes empathy, positive linguistics and proactivity

• facilitation versus directional management - the business equation. Which one promotes long-term development for the individual and the business?
• building on strengths and removing barriers to development. What are the ‘creativity killers’ within the business? How can they be removed?
• influencing by offering solutions and encouraging personal growth through challenge and change
• feedback, coaching and mentoring - underpinning business relationships
• the course will challenge delegates to interactively examine their interpersonal skill set in a safe and open environment
• an increase in confidence and awareness of what is required to be part of the 'new management' generation. NLP brought into focus, and presented in a practical and usable way
