Thelma Spilka

Thelma has been with Right Training for almost six years moving from Administration to be one of our Business Performance Managers. She is responsible for identifying the key challenges being faced by clients and who would be best placed to help them and building relationships with current clients. 
Thelma is a lively and enthusiastic member of the team and consistently delivers a high level of customer service excellence.
 
Thelma has been involved in Business Development and Sales for a number of high profile organisations over a period of many years.
 
Her professional approach and commitment to Right Training are second to none. Her bubbly and infectious personality are shared with colleagues, clients and prospects alike.  
 
She loves playing and listening to classical music, spending time with her grandchilren and going to the theatre with her partner Dave.
