Danny Sweeney

Biography

Danny has worked with a number of professional development consultancies serving UK and global clients including McKinsey & Co, Ernst & Young, DLA Piper, Linklaters, Harrods and Yell and Right Training are privildged to have him working with us. He worked with these clients around the world designing, delivering and evaluating leadership, management and team development initiatives.
 
Danny draws upon his range of qualifications including Coaching, NLP and Emotional Intelligence in the delivery of professional development. His work is successful as it deals with people’s beliefs and values not just their knowledge; if sustainable development is required people need to consider their mindsets as well as their behaviours.
 
Danny adopts a ‘high challenge-high support’ approach with participants and generates an energised, engaging and achievement orientated learning environment. Learning is experiential and fun, providing delegates with the ‘hands on’ opportunity to discover things themselves and with their peers, rather than merely bombarded with facts.
 
Danny enjoys keeping fit, walking on the hills, music, films and Salsa dancing.
