Angus McBain


Angus has been developing people for 14 years, beginning at Bass Brewers, then moving on to become Head of Training at Selfridges, before securing the position of European Head of Training at Warner Bros. He is passionate about sales and interpersonal skills and delivers programmes for a range of clients accross the country.

Dianne Lowther

DianneDianneDianne Lowther has been in Learning and Development for most of her working life. After achieving a degree in Psychology she started her career as a line manager in the service sector with responsibilities for training. She progressed to corporate training manager roles and then became a consultant in the early 1990s. 

Frances Goodman

Frances is a lively and enthusiastic facilitator who develops QC's, barristers and accountants from leading corporate firms as well as sports professionals. Her skills in coaching and facilitating Best Year Yet have earned her strong commitment from her clients.

Gillian Burn

Gillian Burn is a health consultant providing training and consultancy to improve personal effectiveness and enhance mind and body health.

Gillian’s background covers nursing, midwifery, health visiting and experience working in the Australian outback with the Flying Doctor Service.

Glen Paterson

Glen has been at Right Training since 2001, developing skills, experience and central beliefs that people can make changes to their lives that have a positive impact on their self-esteem and confidence and on the attitudes and behaviour of those around them.

Martin Clarke

After a career in pharmaceutical industry Martin has been developing doctors and medical professionals in the NHS for the last 6 years. 

Peter Rostern

Peter is a professionally qualified manager with over 28 years of HR and operational management experience embracing the hospitality and retail sectors. Peter brings energy, innovation and passion for learning and development to everything he does.

Sarah-Jane McIntosh

Sarah-Jane qualified as a corporate finance lawyer with Allen & Overy and since leaving practice has focussed on the design and delivery of legal and management training courses.

Simon Dawkins

SimonSimonSimon has been running financial programmes and business simulations for over fifteen years. He manages a number of client relationships at Right Training and is well respected in every organisation where he delivers a breath of fresh air and financial awareness.

Thelma Spilka

Thelma has been with Right Training for almost six years moving from Administration to be one of our Business Performance Managers. She is responsible for identifying the key challenges being faced by clients and who would be best placed to help them and building relationships with current clients.
