Case Study
We recently devised a management programme for a plc specialising in business support. Senior stakeholders were encouraged to be an integral part of the programme. Delegates were drawn from across service lines. All were encouraged to explore synergies and increase the benefits the organisation would receive from their working together. Those attending went back exhibiting behavioural and attitudinal growth; they also acted as positive advocates of the programme.
