Case Study
A law firm had tried all kinds of financial training to explain how their finances worked and to encourage fee earners to change behaviour in respect of invoicing, cash collection and time recording, to no avail. Following the Ready 4 Business simulation that Simon adapted for professional practices, the Finance Director reported a change in invoicing patterns and fee earners began to take more responsibility for the firms performance. Debtors fell, cash improved and profitability increased.
