As your team execute against their plan they uplaod actions onto the secure server (every week) that means the team leader or any of the team can identify how people are performing against plan. You can review performance by individual or by goal and this superb system allows you to track who is delivering on target and where to allocate your resources to improve performance as it uses a clear traffic light system to reflect progress.
