Peter is a professionally qualified manager with over 28 years of HR and operational management experience embracing the hospitality and retail sectors. Peter brings energy, innovation and passion for learning and development to everything he does.

His passion is to establish and build long-term credible business relationships with all of his clients that go well beyond the contractual delivery of booked events.
Peter has a high level of business acumen and an understanding of the pressures inherent within a FMCG multi-site environment.

Case Study

A leading information systems company wanted to focus the attention of the entire management team in one direction at a time of uncertainty and change. Many events had been held in the past and we therefore faced the challenge of having to change the perception people carried with them about training in general. Following the appointment of a new General Manager, they were keen to establish a blame free culture that focused management attention on improved networking, cooperation and support in an atmosphere that respected and valued the contribution of the entire team.

We designed a two day programme for all the managers based on the principles of emotional intelligence. The events helped managers to focus on where they wanted to go, the barriers they had to overcome, a new vision and personal awareness sessions that allowed managers to openly discuss those issues affecting them and their performance.

Following these events Right Training conducted a number of coaching sessions on the senior management team to assist with the transition process.
