There is on doubt about it, technology is causing us to work harder and longer, but how many of us know how to work smarter. What are we doing to lower our stress levels caused by overwork?
The food that we consume is directly responsible for our wellbeing. Do you know how you should be eating?
These are issues raised and dealt with in this half day Healthy Stress & Well Being programme.
