This one day course helps to promote energy and performance. It highlights the difference between stress and pressure and helps identify the underlying causes linked to life and work events.

During the course we will look at a variety of coping strategies to achieve balance and explore healthy lifestyle tips including exercise, nutrition, stress-relieving foods and relaxation ideas.
