Handling Meetings

Description:

Four million hours per day! That is one estimate of the amount of time spent in meetings in the UK alone. Unless this issue is addressed, we will find ourselves work rich and time poor.

This course provides delegates with an approach that will allow them to determine whether a meeting should occur in the first place and if it does, to get more from the gathering in less time.

· Know what to do when the meeting finishes and ongoing
· Demonstrate how to hold or participate in an effective meeting
