Employees from a London accountancy company attended a series of ½ day training sessions. The employees were invited from throughout the organisation including reception staff to senior auditors and partners. The session covered Speed Reading techniques and Energy and Well-Being.

During the Speed Reading session delegates learnt skills and techniques to dramatically improve their reading speed to cope with the increasing amount of material they need to read and assimilate every day. Delegates found the session practical, motivating, valuable and stimulating. All delegates increased their reading speed during the session.

The Energy and Well-being session focused on providing tips and ideas to create peak performance. The session covered advice on understanding the body clock, desk exercises and what to eat to enhance brain function. In addition, aspects of stress management were explored to provide techniques and ideas on managing stress and maintaining a healthy work/life balance. Delegates left with ideas they could put into practice immediately to increase their energy throughout the day and to cope with their energy highs and lows. Delegates found the session enlightening, refreshing, interactive, challenging and fun. They received information they could incorporate into their working day to manage stress and pressure, increase daily exercise, understand healthy food and manage energy levels.
