As a partner, director or HoD in your firm, you must be able to demonstrate strong leadership for your teams who look to you for guidance and direction. This is a programme that will develop your skills to enable you to manage and lead a team and achieve results that reflect your role as a leader.

At your level it is not enough to simply deliver on your portfolio of fee income. Excellent leaders are firm but fair, balancing their clear expectations on one side with powerful coaching and support on the other. My programmes will demonstrate how your people can master the skills of a powerful leader, creating:

Objectives: 

The series of (four) interactive modules lead managers through a process of deepening their knowledge of their teams and learning how to get more from their people. There are two key streams of learning and development involved in this programme:

Practical Training And Development Modules – A series of half day modules spread over six to eight months.

One-to-one Coaching – Each participant receives coaching sessions around the key objectives of the programme, providing them with very specific, tailored development.
