Our Business Planning process begins with the key decision makers who clearly identify the key goal for the business over the next 12 months. A two day workshop creates a clear Business Plan with Single Point Accountability that identifies who will be responsible for each action. 

Everything is posted onto a secure server and visible to all the team. Easy for you to manage performance and easy for them to see how their peers are delivering. But simply having a system is not enough.

To ensure that every person in that team delivers on target and executes the plan they are monitored each month. We run a session that allows everyone to review successes and the positive peer pressure results in those less likely to perform being coerced into delivering. The group can see their results on line with a clear 'traffic light' report that identifies if people are on track, half way or not delivering. 

Accountibility is crucial and its outlined in the issues around Teamwork- and you can ensure that every person is monitored on a monthly (real time) basis.
