Biography
Andy has been developing professionals since 1991, and having joined Right Training in 2003 is now a client director of law firm services. With an MSc in HR management, he uses the ideas, commercial experience and skills acquired at Harrods, HSBC Investment Bank and Pret a Manger to develop powerful training interventions. He has a unique training style that encapsulates his innermost beliefs and values, applied to a commercial environment.

Andy enjoys working with clients such as Browne Jacobson, The Telegraph Media Group, Miele, Tearfund and Tenon plc. He is now responsible for all trainer development at Right Training, taking every opportunity to design new and innovative ways to develop individuals and teams of people. His key focus when designing or delivering courses, is to create an environment where learning how to change and adapt behavours becomes commonplace.
