He has orchestrated the business strategy, sales processes and value propositions for some major organisations.

Experienced at market development, Ian has taken new ideas and solutions to market - establishing the business proposition, initial foot print and market credibility. He is also experienced at building out the appropriate infrastructure and multi-skilled teams to deliver profitable and repeatable revenue streams.

 
He is a hands on manager and has driven business operations for organisations which include BT, SAP, Adobe and Lodestar (now a part of Oracle Corporation). He is practised at dealing with varied and complex solutions which include a diverse mix of components and services, market maturity levels, price points, routes to market and revenue generating models across differing market sectors and European geographies.

Paul's background as an accountant means he has a unique insight into the way strategic planning impacts on businesses and how that in turn affects the teams within them. In the last five years Paul has co-developed the RSMTenon Academy, a national programme of Leadership and behavioural training that introduces management and client facing skills to the professional fee earners
